Since we provide detailed guides for almost everything on our website and our entire team is helpful and active, even streamsniping beginners can use our services without any problems. However, there are still a few basic requirements:

• You should have basic English skills, both written and spoken. Your English does not need to be perfect, but we should be able to understand what you are trying to communicate.
• You should have basic knowledge of Windows and computers in general. If necessary, our team can also help you with simple Windows-related tasks.
• You should be able to communicate friendly, patiently, and respectfully with administrators, team members, and other customers.

If you do not have basic English skills, have no basic knowledge of using a computer, or behave in a toxic or disrespectful manner, we kindly ask you not to join or apply.
